To celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, every day last week,Chingari offered guests their four course menu. From the 20th October for the whole week, this special celebration meal started with fresh Dahi Puri before moving on to starters, which included Paneer Shashlik and Haryali Chicken Tikka. For main course there was a variety of authentic dishes to chose from ranging from Methi Maas to Murg Shaki Korma, or Vegetable Kadhai for those who prefered a vegetarian option. There was then a selection of delicious traditional Diwali Mithai to end the meal.
